The project immediately lost traction following his departure, with no one else to push it to market. Apparently, in August 2019, Infiniti executives were deliberating whether to put the car into production, but it’s clear what came out of that. Dealers weren’t the least affected by this, though. Infiniti National Dealer Advisory Board chairman, Ed Lennon told the publication: “I would much rather see something like the QX60. That’s a volume vehicle, that’s where this company needs to go.”

When unveiled as a design study, the Infiniti Q60 Project Black S received a fair amount of attention from the motoring world. Now, according to a report from Automotive News, the project has been officially culled. While not exactly the most shocking piece of news, it’s a revelation that will undoubtedly leave petrolheads across the globe a little sadder, pondering over what could have been.

Murder suspect of East Haven woman appears in court

An arrest has been made in connection to the murder of Lizzbeth Aleman-Popoca. Tensions and emotions ran high at New Haven Superior Court Monday morning where Jonathan Jara-Aucapina was arraigned for the muder of 27-year-old Lizzbeth Aleman-Popooca. Lizzbeth was found dead on July 15th in a shallow grave behind Lomonaco’s in Branford where her longtime boyfriend Jara worked. She had been missing for two weeks before her body was found. East Haven Police kept the details of the investigation quiet to prevent tipping Jara off of his inconsistent story. Ed Lennon, Chief of Police stated “He used this story to lie to her family, her loved ones, and eventually law enforcement. Her family basically forced him to report her missing”.
