ODESSA, Texas The Ector County Sheriff s Office have arrested two suspects involved in damaging a well.
Jacob Hubbard and Randy Funnell were the located by the K9 s and taken to Ector County Jail.
The Ector County Sheriff s Office was sent to Aghorn Operating Company lease after an alarm went off.
They found a damaged well that had been tampered with and had copper cable removed from it.
The damage they have created came out to approximately $110,000.00.
Both men have been charged with a Criminal Mischief Felony in the third degree.

MONAHANS, TX – Just days after Christmas a Texas Department of Public Safety trooper and his family lost everything in a house fire in Monahans, TX. The community is now coming together to help the first responder in any way they can.
On December 27th, trooper David Moya received a call at 4:00 a.m. that he never expected to get.
According to Moya, his local sergeant let him know his house had gone up in flames. The family was spending the Christmas holidays with the trooper s parents at the time of the fire.

A mother and son were arrested last week in connection with the death of a woman in West Odessa who officials say was intentionally struck with an SUV.
Humberto Polanco, 35, was arrested and charged Dec. 21 following the death of 38-year-old Veronica Carrillo. Polanco allegedly swerved to hit Carrillo with his vehicle as she walked on West 16th Street, according to a press release from the Ector County Sheriff’s Office.

Suspect Charged With Murder In Fatal Hit-and-Run
ODESSA, TX – A 35-year-old suspect has been charged with murder after police say he ran over a woman on purpose.
According to the Ector County Sheriff s Office, on Sunday night deputies responded to an auto-pedestrian accident on West 16th Street.
At the scene, deputies located 38-year-old Veronica Carillo. She had been struck and killed by a vehicle that had left the scene.
The subsequent investigation revealed Humberto Polanco Jr. was driving a black SUV.
Police allege Polanco purposely swerved and hit Carillo.
Polanco was charged with murder and booked into the Ector County Jail.
