FARGO – Four upcoming webinars featuring professionals with The Village Employee Assistance Program will address topics related to effective workplaces, leadership, and personal well being.
These free trainings are part of The Business Bite, a series of lunchtime talks on topics that matter, hosted by The Village Business Institute. The sessions are scheduled from noon to 1 p.m. on certain Wednesdays in March and April.

Managers were surveyed over 10 days about how much they felt appreciated, for a study by the University of Central Florida.
Feeling more appreciated led to more energy, which translated into higher levels of optimism, life satisfaction, job satisfaction and helping others.
