Newly elected City of Johannesburg Mayor Jolidee Matongo on Wednesday announced the 10 members of his Mayoral Committee (MMC’s), with most unchanged in the portfolios assigned by the late former Mayor Geoff Makhubo. Matongo was elected unopposed on Monday at a special City of Johannesburg council meeting after the post was left vacant following the passing of Makhubo in July.
