Father Melvin Castro of the Mater Dolorosa Parish in Tarlac posted the prayer “To Mary (Ad Mariam)” in his Facebook page last week. The prayer and the accompanying verses and responses are written below: Verse: To Mary, Simeon said, “Your soul a sword will pierce.” (Luke 2.35)  Response: So that the thoughts of many may be revealed. (Luke 2:35) Hail Mary, full of grace, The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now, and at the hour of death.
