China World Summit Wing Beijing and Singapore Airlines are presenting authentic Singaporean cuisine to Beijing diners with a special menu themed Dining in the sky from Jan 18 to 31.
Inspired by the in-flight meals from Singapore Airlines business class, the special menu will be available at the 330-meter-high Michelin Plate restaurant Grill 79.
A variety of traditional Singaporean food will be offered by the chef team of China World Summit Wing including chicken satay skewers, laksa noodle soup and nasi lemak.
