NEW HAVEN â A Meriden man arrested after police said they found 2½ pounds of heroin and other drugs in his home and car pleaded guilty to trafficking Thursday in federal court.Â
Javier Martinez, 40, pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl and one count of possession with intent to distribute one kilogram or more of heroin, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorneyâs Office released Thursday.
