BELMONT Two more Allegany County school districts shifted to remote learning Tuesday after learning of positive COVID-19 cases among the school community.
Genesee Valley moved all students to remote learning through Jan. 4 “due to a positive COVD case and the resulting number of faculty and staff that must quarantine.”
“We will continue to transport students to BOCES and special education placements,” stated the district. “If BOCES students need transportation, please contact Willie Weaver at 585-268-7920. Meals will be provided at the Angelica Village Offices at 11:30 and the Belmont Legion at 12. There are no sports during full remote instruction. The Fitness Center will continue to be open and require advance reservations.”
