HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - Just weeks after it reopened to visitors, long lines and massive crowds are now the norm at Hanauma Bay.
After the months-long closure of the bay provided a breath of fresh air for the bayâs wildlife, the number of people allowed at the world-famous nature preserve was capped at 720 daily.
But New Yearâs Eve was particularly busy, as visitors showed up early to get inside âeven though they still had to wait for an extended period of time.
