Ryan Louther In an unusual twist, two persons from a single deep rural community, including a child, have been reported missing just a day apart, triggering heightened concerns in the community. Thirty-five-year-old Ryan Louther, a labourer of Blacksmith Lane, Seaforth in St Thomas, has been missing since Saturday, April 3. He is of dark complexion, slim build and about 162 centimetres (five feet four inches) tall.  Reports from the Seaforth police are that Louther was last seen by a community member in the downtown Kingston area. He has not been seen or heard from since then. All efforts to locate him have so far been unsuccessful.
