The Tutor -General/Permanent Secretary Education District II, Mrs Anike Adekanye has encouraged teachers to be ICT-compliant in order to meet the challenges of modern teaching.
Speaking at the 14th annual merit award ceremony of the district, which was titled ‘Soaring Higher,’ Adekanye said, “Teachers should move closer to their students, they should celebrate the children and be ICT compliant. Teachers should cooperate with the administration of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
She explained that the event was aimed at recognising and motivating staff, students and schools who consistently display excellent attributes in the discharge of their duties.
