US President Joe Biden s top aides will hold their first talks with China next week in Alaska, after Secretary of State Antony Blinken vowed Wednesday to seek tangible outcomes from meeting with the nation he has called the greatest threat.
In a sign of Biden s strategy to rally allies as a bulwark to China, Blinken will first travel to Japan and South Korea with Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, who separately will head onward to India.
Blinken will then join Biden s national security advisor, Jake Sullivan, in Anchorage on March 18 with their Chinese counterparts Wang Yi and Yang Jiechi.
At least 121 members of the state Assembly and Senate have said publicly they believe Cuomo should quit office now in the wake of a new allegation that he groped an aide at the Executive Mansion last year.
The three-term governor faces harassment allegations from several other women and increasingly urgent calls for his resignation or impeachment from at least some fellow Democrats

Times Union of Albany is offering more details of the latest allegations of inappropriate behavior on the part of the Governor and the latest information, if true, could warrant a criminal charge.
A source familiar with the sixth woman accusing Governor Andrew Cuomo of harassment told the paper that Cuomo lured the woman to the Governor’s Mansion late last year to help him with a cell phone technical issue and aggressively groped her.

The accuser’s name is not being publicized by the newspaper and the two reports published in the past several days quote a source close to the woman, who is said to be an aide to the Governor and is much younger than the 63-year-old Democrat.
