Wild names Ray Shero Senior Advisor to the General Manager

ST. PAUL Minnesota Wild General Manager Bill Guerin today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has named Ray Shero Senior Advisor to the General Manager.
Shero, 58, most recently served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the New Jersey Devils from May 4, 2015 to January 12, 2020. Prior to his time with the Devils he spent eight seasons as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Pittsburgh Penguins from 2006-07 to 2013-14. During his tenure with Pittsburgh, the Penguins won the 2009 Stanley Cup and he was named the General Manager of the Year in 2012-13.
