Actual Experience PLC - AIM-listed analytics-as-a-service company - Chair Stephen Davidson intends to retire from role by the time of the 2022 annual general meeting, in what will be his ninth year with the company. The board will conduct a formal process to appoint a successor. Stephen was instrumental in building a strong board and helped the company establish a strong and supportive shareholder base, company says.
Big Yellow Group PLC - Bagshot, England-based self-storage company - Appoints Michael O Donnell as a non-executive director, effective from the start of September. He is a former managing director of LGV Capital, a private equity firm, and also served as a non-executive director at Helical PLC.
