“It’s been one pivot after another,” Anthony said. “Reinvention and all that.”
Husband-and-wife chef duo Anthony and Nicole Piazza own The Clean Plate Kitchen in Clinton, which in October transitioned to Feel Good Food at Home, a food service preparing locally sourced, organic and customizable meals exclusively for take out and delivery orders eliminating the restaurant’s dining option in its entirety.
Feel Good Food at Home, Clinton: As Clean Plate Kitchen, a health-focused restaurant in Clinton, is temporarily closed due to the pandemic, its founders have launched a new business. Feel Good Food at Home delivers ready-prepared meals and also periodically hosts virtual cooking classes, including a Valentine s Day-themed class on Feb. 11 at 6 p.m. The $75-for-two, one-hour Facebook Live class will feature miso- and maple-glazed wild caught cod, roasted broccolini, and buckwheat soba noodles with sesame seeds and ginger teriyaki. The meal is gluten-free and dairy-free. All ingredients are included and will be prepped and ready for pickup at the Clean Plate Kitchen.
