Qatari Team achieves impressive results at debating championship  05 Apr 2021 - 8:48 QNA The Qatari team achieved impressive results in the preliminary rounds of the fifth International School Debating Championship in Arabic and English, which is organised by the QatarDebate Center under the slogan “Our Earth, Our Refuge”. The five-day event is held via cyberspace with a wide international participation of debaters, judges and team instructors. Instructor of the national team in the English language, Sheikha Alanoud Al Thani said that the team members made intense efforts before the championship and trained very hard with the aim of also participating in the World Schools Debating Championship next summer, noting that they have now participated in debating rounds in the international championship and achieved surprising initial results.
