Downtown Alliance festival to boost area, artists Review Staff Report Two Alliance-area groups have joined together to present the Historic Main Street Festival this summer in the city’s downtown. Also scheduled is a car show sponsored by Pocket Change Antique Mall, located at 426 E. Main St. Pocket Change owner Ed Albert and GhostRighterz owner Chrystal Robinson-Shofroth are actively involved in a push to redevelop the Main Street area of Alliance, so it’s no surprise to see them helping to lead this effort. The event also will serve as the premiere of the locally produced “Empty Canvas Documentary,” which offers a look at the city from the eyes of its artist community.
