The investigation started with a shooting around 7 p.m. that killed Andrew Wesley, 35, and injured three others in the 3600 block of Idlewild Avenue. Officers were eventually led to Victory Parkway where they say they found a woman, Brittany Wagoner, 28, dead, according to CPD. The three other victims were taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. On Monday, police said a third victim from the Idlewild Avenue shooting, Timothy Dugar, 33, died.
