Nicole Kirkwood said. Detroit police Chief James Craig said Moore killed his estranged wife, 28-year-old Brittany Wagoner. Her body was found on Feb. 28 at the Alms Apartments on Victory Parkway in Walnut Hills.Detectives also said Moore shot four people that night in a house on Idlewild Avenue.
