Critical violations found in Sandusky County restaurant inspections

The Sandusky County
Health Department s Sanitation Division reported the following critical violations during food inspections between Feb. 2 and March 22.
Clyde Moose No. 393, 134 Eaton Ave., Clyde. Violations: Chili at 123 degrees and must be 135 degrees; cold foods were above 46 degrees and must be 41 or lower. Followup: Previous violations were resolved.
McDonalds, Clyde, 1040 W. McPherson Highway, Clyde. Violations: Cooler was in kitchen was dirty and needed to be cleaned; a few containers in the reach-in cooler had no date marking.
VFW Canteen Post 2947, 204 Birchard Ave., Fremont. Violation: A few food containers had no labels or date marking (corrected).
