The Walla news site said Saturday that a previously unheard of group called “Jaish ul-Hind” took responsibility for the Friday explosion in a claim on the Telegram messaging service.
According to the report, the statement said the attack was in fact an act of revenge against the Indian government and that further attacks were expected, but with no mention of Israel.

A police statement described the Friday explosion as caused by a “very low-intensity improvised device” that blew out the windows on three nearby cars and said a preliminary investigation “suggests a mischievous attempt to create a sensation.”

Iran has asked Interpol to issue red notices for the arrest of four individuals allegedly involved in the November killing of prominent Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, police spokesman Mehdi Hajian said Monday. A request for red notice issuance has been filed with Interpol concerning four of the perpetrators of martyr Fakhrizadeh s assassination, Hajian said at a press conference, as quoted by Iran s ISNA agency.
Fakhrizadeh, who headed the Iranian Defense Ministry s research and innovation center, was gunned down in the northern Iranian city of Absard on November 27. Iranian officials have previously accused Israel of being involved in the attack.

Iran has managed to identify all those involved in the murder of nuclear physicist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, said Iranian Deputy Defense Minister Saeed Shabanian, Tasnim reports.
All those guilty and involved in the murder of this martyr have been identified. Measures are being taken to arrest them, the criminals will face a harsh punishment, he said.
