If you live in or around the Seacoast I think we can all agree that the Portsmouth traffic circle is a tricky one. Even if you are confident on what you are supposed to be doing we get a lot of visitors especially this time of year! They are confused as to when it is their turn to go. Or they go when it isn t their turn and they are in the wrong lane which forces other drivers to slam on their brakes or worse, it can cause an accident.
A member of the The City of Portsmouth, NH Facebook group mentioned she saw a pretty serious accident involving 3 (maybe 4) vehicles on June 1st. This sparked a conversation about whether it is time to make a change. What would that change look like? Would it be getting rid of the traffic circle all together? Would it be installing traffic lights? Here are some suggestions I thought were interesting:

As part of efforts to increase the adoption of Nigeria’s domain name, .ng, the Nigeria Internet Registration Association (NiRA) has disclosed that it will be working with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).
The Vice President, NiRA, Toba Obaniyi, who disclosed this plan, informed that as at last year, usage of Nigeria’s domain name, the .ng grew to 180,000.
A domain name is an identification string that defines a realm of administrative autonomy, authority or control within the Internet. The .ng is Nigeria’s identity on the Internet space.
With summer coming fast and the world opening up, it may be a good time to think about including vacation rentals as a long-term, income-producing investment within a self-directed retirement portfolio.
