EDMONTON The long-awaited removal of the three-month ban for men who have sex with men donating blood has doctors weighing in after a recently deleted tweet by Canadian Blood Services. The tweet posted Sunday at 8:22 a.m. said Canadian Blood Services intended to make a submission to Health Canada, by the end of 2021, to end the current three-month waiting period for gay men who seek to donate blood.
