Two Binghamton men are facing federal drug charges for having over a half pound of narcotics.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 29-year-old Tayvon Whaley and 38-year-old Anthony Miller are accused of having over 300 grams of crack cocaine and methamphetamine with the intent to sell.

Acting United States Attorney Antoinette Bacon says the Binghamton men appeared in federal court and are currently being held without bail.
Whaley allegedly had over 9.8 ounces of cocaine base and meth while Miller is accused of having more than 28 grams of crack cocaine with intent to sell. Both are also charged with aiding and abetting possession with intent to sell.
