Nicholas W. Kislowski of Ballston Spa and Mitchell L. Madigan of Saratoga Springs, both 18, were picked up on July 20 and July 22, respectively. The two have been charged with second-degree robbery, a Class-C felony, a police arrest report said
The incident occurred on June 1 just off Lake Avenue on Schuyler Drive. Officers responded to a disturbance call and found a 16-year-old boy with an arm injury suffered during the incident. Police said the boy had been robbed by a group of “younger” people. No weapons were known to be involved, according to the police report.

HALFMOON – Two Saratoga County sheriff’s deputies were honored Wednesday for their actions last Thursday when they rescued a Halfmoon couple who were starting to become unconscious from carbon monoxide poisoning, getting them out of the home.
Sheriff Michael H. Zurlo presented the Living Saving Award and Meritorious Service Award to deputies Eddie Hernandez and Jeffrey Kaplan “for taking immediate and decisive action to save the lives of two residents who were in immediate peril.”
