SEÁN POWTER: Immense until his withdrawal after 41 minutes. Lobbed over two points and fouled for a free when Cork were struggling to score from play. Critical he s fit for the Munster final now. 8

Limerick senior football manager Billy Lee has confirmed that Iain Corbett and Donal O’Sullivan will continue as the team s joint captains in 2021.
Corbett and O Sullivan lifted the McGrath Cup together last January but the GAA ended the practice of co captains accepting cups at official presentations after Central Council passed a motion at Congress three months ago.
The duo also led the Treaty County to promotion from Division 4 of the Allianz League in 2020 and they came within a whisker of reaching a first Munster SFC final in 10 years, only to be beaten by eventual champions Tipperary in extra-time.
