    SJP announces that its 2020 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting have today been sent to shareholders.    The SJP Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held at 11:00am on Friday, 14 May 2021 at 30 Lombard Street, London EC3V 9BQ.   The safety and wellbeing of our shareholders and employees is paramount, therefore in light of Government guidance and safety regulations, the AGM will be held as a closed meeting to ensure that the AGM can continue to operate in an effective and safe manner and shareholders will not be permitted to attend in person but can be represented by the chair of the AGM acting as their proxy. We therefore strongly recommend that shareholders should vote by appointing the chair of the AGM as their proxy.  In light of current restrictions, the 2021 AGM will be the first to utilise an online webcast, which will allow shareholders to view proceedings in real time.
