Vrai restaurant at 1015 Market St. is transitioning from full-service dining to hosting small private parties, business meetings and team building events, said Shelly Page, owner with her husband, Mike Page. Shelly Page said her husband is retiring this year after a long career in medicine and the couple hope to spend some of their free time traveling. The Pages said they also want to focus on fundraising.
