NAMC-OR, MCIP merger complete, next steps to be announced soon
… and the MCIP legacy will continue
NAMC-OR’s merger with the Metropolitan Contractor Improvement Partnership (MCIP) was completed in October and will enhance NAMC-OR’s delivery of services, making it a more effective and efficient organization serving a variety of needs to its members.
MCIP, NAMC-OR’s technical assistance arm for over a decade, provided a solid foundation of training for many BIPOC contractors and other service providers. John Jackley, founder and CEO of Advanced Technology Communications and a founding member of MCIP, said the organization directly assisted more than 2,000 MBE construction companies with the support of Meyer Memorial Trust, The Collins Foundation and most public agencies in the region.
