At the Game Awards 2020, Microsoft s new studio The Initiative, founded in 2018 under Darrell Gallagher, revealed that it was working on a reboot of Perfect Dark. While the team at The Initiative is continuing to grow as they work on this ambitious title, one of the prominent developers is stepping down.
Design Director Drew Murray, who joined back in November 2018, announced via Twitter that he s stepping down from The Initiative. Murray previously worked at Insomniac Games on games like Sunset Overdrive, Resistance and Ratchet and Clank. You can read Drew s thread on Twitter below.
