Falcon Street in Ipswich has been taped off by police

A police cordon is in place near the Buttermarket in Ipswich following reports of an incident.
Officers are currently guarding a scene in Falcon Street, which runs from the taxi firm to the hairdressers.
There is currently no access to the Buttermarket car park.
The nature of the incident is not clear yet and Suffolk police has been contacted for further details.

New maps revealing which areas had the deepest snow during Beast from the East 2 have been published by forecasters.
East Anglian experts Weatherquest used measurements collected by the public to determine where snow was deepest across the region.
Parts of Ipswich and inland areas such as Framlingham and Eye recorded up to 30cm while towns further north recorded lighter snow with depths up to 13cm.
Swathes of Bury St Edmunds, Colchester and western areas of the region also had depths of more than 20cm.
A crash has closed the A137 at Manningtree this morning.

Part of the A137 at Manningtree Station was closed this morning after a van struck the railway bridge.
The road was partially blocked after the accident on the A137 near Manningtree Station and the driver was reported for careless driving.
The A136 has been closed this morning following a van getting stuck under the railway bridge in Manningtree.

It was first reported at around 9am this morning and traffic remained heavy for drivers in both directions for some time.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: We were called shortly before 8.40am on Tuesday, December 22 with reports a van had struck a bridge at Manningtree train station.
