Tigers Open Up NCAA Tournament Action Against Rutgers
CLEMSON, S.C. – After receiving the 14-seed and a First Round bye in this year’s NCAA Tournament, the Clemson women’s soccer team (12-4-0) opens up its postseason slate with a Second Round match against Rutgers (9-3-3). The match is set to kickoff from Eakes Athletics Complex at Campbell University on April 30 at 7 p.m. with live broadcasting available on ESPN3.
The Second Round match will be the first all-time meeting between the Tigers and Scarlet Knights. In the most recent United Soccer Coaches poll released on April 20, Clemson garnered the No. 6 national ranking for the second-straight week as Rutgers opened the postseason as the second team receiving votes.

A native of northeast, Ohio, Kimbrough spent the previous two seasons at Loyola-Chicago and the three prior seasons at the University of Wyoming. I d like to welcome coach Jermaine Kimbrough to the Sun Devil Men s Basketball Family, said Sun Devil head coach Bobby Hurley. He brings a wealth of experience and recent success with the outstanding run of Loyola Chicago in this year s NCAA Tournament. Jermaine brings tremendous value in all areas and will play a key role in the advancement of Arizona State Basketball.

Gord Atkinson died just after the Oscars ended Sunday not wanting to leave, his family wonders, while the stars were still out.
A giant in local radio circles in the second half of the 20th century, Atkinson succumbed to the effects of a stroke at the age of 94. He leaves behind seven children and Elaine, his wife of 69 years.
