But with the right tools, pivoting amid change is possible, Amie Quirarte of Tahoe Luxury Properties and Nina Dosanjh of Vanguard Properties told a virtual Connect Now audience Thursday sponsored by BoomTown.
“Reshuffle is a great way to think about 2020 and all of the twists and turns that it has had,” Quirarte told the audience during a workshop entitled “How to Prepare for a Market Reshuffle.” “The first word that comes to mind is flexibility and adaptability and I think that this year more than ever we were all forced to adapt when perhaps some of us may have been resistant.”

“Best Use of New Tech Brainstorm” took off on the topic of Slack, with Truong enthusiastically sharing how his office uses the internal workflow app to perpetuate his office culture, help aspiring agents and share training events.
Lobb followed that up by discussing a product called Descript, a multimedia production tool that can aid content creators in podcasting and video production. And today’s top agents are using both broadcast mediums to build brands and generate leads.

The coronavirus pandemic has been a challenge for real estate companies big and small this year, but Thursday afternoon eXp Realty CEO Jason Gesing said the key to working in a socially distant world is helping agents feel like their not actually remote.
