In a temporary relief to homegrown auto major Tata Motors, the Delhi high court has issued a stay order on the Delhi government s decision to remove its electric compact SUV Tata Nexon EV from the list of electric cars that receive the subsidy. The court also gave the Delhi government time to file a counter affidavit on the matter.

The Hyundai i20 was crowned the ICOTY 2021. Dr Raghupati Singhania, Chairman & MD, JK Tyre & Industries Limited and Yogendra Pratap, Chairman ICOTY, handed the award to S. S. Kim, MD & CEO, HMIL, Tarun Garg, Director, Sales and Marketing, HMIL and DH Park, Executive Director, Sales and Marketing, HMIL along with other Jury members.
HIGHLIGHTS
The Kia Sonet took second place.
The Mahindra Thar came in a close third.
