Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, May 21) There are indicators the rainy season would start by the last half of June, a state weather bureau forecaster said Friday. We are now monitoring kasi nakikita na natin iyong mga indicators na nagpapakita na pwede nang umihip itong ating habagat na mag-i-i-start ng rainy season especially [in] the western part of Luzon, PAGASA weather specialist Raymond Ordinario told CNN Philippines New Day, when asked about the official start of the wet season.
