Central Michigan quarterback John Keller has been released from the hospital nearly one month after he was shot in the chest during a gathering at an off-campus apartment complex in the early-morning hours of Saturday, April 24.

Keller was in the intensive care unit following the shooting, and he was also on a ventilator for seven days, per ESPN s Tom VanHaaren.

The Isabella County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who tried to rob a convenience store in Mount Pleasant.
Deputies say they were called to a store at the corner of Isabella Road and Broadway R0ad Tuesday morning.
The store clerk says that a man entered the store, pulled out a gun and demanded money from the clerk.
The owner of the convenience store says that he pointed a gun on the suspect, and the man ran out of the establishment.
Deputies are still looking for the suspect. They say he is wearing all black clothing, a white stocking or knitted-style hat and was carrying a pull-string style backpack. He was last seen running West away from the store.
