Teenager killed, 6 others injured in 2-car crash in Ingham County

INGHAM COUNTY, MI – A teenager died in a two-car crash that also injured six other people Sunday afternoon in Stockbridge Township.
A car with five teenagers in it was heading north on Brogan Road, north of M-106 in Stockbridge Township, at 2:55 p.m. on Dec. 13, when it crossed the centerline, hitting a second vehicle, according to the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office.
The 17-year-old boy from Ovid who was driving the vehicle carrying the teenagers died from his injuries, police said. His four passengers, two 17-year-old girls, a 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy, all from the Ovid-Elsie area, were taken to a hospital with serious injuries, police said.
