Australian farmers are desperately searching for sheep shearers, with the average worker raking in $100,000 a year, without qualifications, for a four day work week.
Wool growers are desperate to attract young people to the lucrative industry with New Zealand workers unable to travel to Australia and more sheep needing to be shorn than usual.
However, a shearer of 32 years experience has warned it s a physically demanding job and which requires months spent away from home working in the hot summer heat.
