ADAM VAYRO, 29 of Millfield Road in Stockton was fined £1,538 after committing fraud and made a gain through the purchasing of goods to the value of £264.93, and on separate occasion making a gain of £480 through fraud. The defendant pleaded guilty and was made to pay £154 to victim services and £85 to Crown Prosecution Service. MISS TONI CLAIRE RIDDELL, 36 of Frederick Street in Middlesbrough was given a community order after stealing coffee and cleaning products to the value of £41.44 belonging to B&M, stealing toiletries, baby products and chocolate to the value of £65 from B&M and breaking a bail condition. These crimes were committed during the operation of a conditional discharge. The defendant pleaded guilty and was made to pay £95 to victim services and £40 to Crown Prosecution Service.
