The NeverEnding Story as she glides over the city atop a fantastical beast. There’s a gentle optimism to the track, with its dreamy bedroom musings about the fresh glow of new romance and wanting to be taken out on a weeknight. Oh, don’t we all.
Tyson is the girl next door, if the girl next door’s mum is Neneh Cherry, her father Massive Attack producer Cameron McVey and her siblings all musicians, including the pop singer Mabel. Her sound is low-key and effortlessly cool, somewhere between the hushed introspection of Tirzah and the jazz-tinged questing of Lianne La Havas – smoky and airy, soft and slow, like chiffon being dropped over crackling vinyl.

The five song document was constructed alongside close friend Oscar Scheller, with Four Tet producer Kieran Hebden handling mixing duties.
Her single Tuesday is an effervescent anthem, but the emotions on the full EP are mixed - the jealousy of Red Handed for example, or the wistful R&B that drives White .
Never one to be pinned down, Pisces Problem radiates with invention, the sort of songwriting TYSON could only conjure around true friends.
Ending with the rolling snares of Chemicals , her sighing vocals seem to emerge through a portal, from some other realm.

Out now, Tuesday offers sparkling alt-pop, matching ethereal electronics to that neat R&B beat.
Crafted alongside close friend Oscar Scheller, it was mixed by Four Tet producer Kieran Hebden.
TYSON says.
âThe song is about that sweet part at the beginning of a relationship when you canât get enough of each other. That safe happy feeling, you canât get enough of that either.â
