MOQ acquires Perth Citrix partner Dienst Consulting
Valued at $3.78 million.
Publicly-listed IT services provider MOQ Limited has bought Perth-based Citrix partner Dienst Consulting for $3.78 million.
The deal will see MOQ pay Dienst 70 per cent of the acquisition value in cash, $2.65 million, and 30 per cent in MOQ shares valued at $1.13 million.
Dienst will bring with it $8.4 million in 2021 revenue and its management team, including managing director Alan Hodson.
Founded in 2012, Dienst offers services in mobility, public, hybrid and private cloud – working with Microsoft and VMware as well as Citrix on the latter – plus data back up and management.
IT services company MOQ Limited has acquired Perth-based Dienst Consulting for $3.78 million.
The acquisition expands MOQ’s presence in Western Australia, increasing its staff to include 30 team members in the state.
As part of the deal, Dienst’s vendors and management team will remain in the business, including founder and managing director Alan Hodson.
“The acquisition of Perth based Dienst builds on MOQ’s growth strategy and accelerates our entry into the Western Australian market,” MOQ chief executive Joe D’Addio said.
“Alan Hodson and his team at Dienst have, over the last 10 years, built a successful business by providing high value specialist services to a range of enterprise customers and partnering with leading technology providers such as Microsoft and Citrix.
