Residents living on Sam Snead Drive in east El Paso are dealing with holes and a caved-in street that many say is impossible to get around.
The road was recently paved, but El Paso Water said the project was not completed. Rain and flooding caused massive holes to open in the pavement.
“The plan was to pave the road so the residents have access, but we still had some work to do,” said Alan Shubert, vice president of operations and technical services for El Paso Water.
