To their credit, the Victorian government has established such a commission. It is to be hoped that all other jurisdictions will follow suit.

It’s a complicated case that highlights how federal and state criminal prosecutions are intertwined.  An attorney for the men is asking why the state hasn’t stepped in to investigate the conviction.
