Aggravated drunk driving charged
JOHNSTOWN James R. Davis Jr. , 30, of 109 Allen Heights, St. Johnsville, was charged by by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies at 7:25 p.m. April 23 with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Deputies said he was charged following a vehicle complaint on County Highway 131 in the town of Johnstown. It is alleged Davis operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, having a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.18 percent or higher, deputies said.
He was issued tickets returnable to Town Court at a later date.
Erratic driving leads to DWI charges
NORTHVILLE Jared K. Becotte, 44, of 242 N. Main Street, Northville, was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies at 12:08 a.m. April 18 with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

As Earth Day approaches on April 22, Allen is a great place to celebrate.
With more than 1,300 acres of city park land, Allen has 66 parks and facilities and 78 miles of hike and bike trails. And there’s more in the works, as the city strives to reach its goal of placing a park within a half-mile of every Allen resident.
