She was previously deputy chief executive of Schroders Singapore and head of institutional of Asia Pacific.
Choh will transition out of her dual role as head of institutional for Apac by the end of the year.
She succeeds Susan Soh, who as chief executive of Schroders Singapore for the last 14 years.

Financial planning software firm Dynamic Planner has made two marketing appointments on the back of strong growth.
Alan Ferguson has joined to take on the role of head of enterprise sales. He is responsible for securing large scale clients for the company and the account management of existing partners.
He has over 30 years’ experience within the financial planning sector, having previously held senior sales positions with Standard Life Aberdeen (Abrdn), Parmenion, Ascentric and Zurich.
Also joining the firm is Ben Howell, who has been appointed head of marketing. Howell has over two decades of experience, having worked in previous roles at Quilter and Intrinsic.
