Arlington Police are investigating an April 10 shooting that claimed a male victim in the parking lot of the Puget Sound Kidney Center.   Officers found the victim, who had been shot in the head, when they responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 5:45 a.m.  on Saturday in the 18800 block of Smokey Point Blvd.  The police department’s Investigation Unit and investigators from the Washington State Patrol Crime Laboratory have responded.  Positive identification of the decedent, as well as cause and manner of death will be determined by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner.
