The Maine CDC reports 405 new cases of COVID-19 statewide and 91 people who have recovered. 7 more people, diagnosed with the virus, have passed away in Androscoggin, Cumberland, Hancock, and York counties.
Bangor Police are once again asking for the public s help locating a homeless man who s been missing since last year. 55-year-old Richard Cole has blonde hair and blue eyes, is about 5 8 tall and 150 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Aaron Brooker.
Mainers who are still unemployed as a result of the pandemic will receive a one-time $600 payment through the state s new pandemic relief program. The payment will be distributed by the end of the December to the individual s account or debit card on file with the unemployment program.
