The company informed in a regulatory filing on Tuesday that the concession period for operating the three airports is 50 years from the commercial operation date. The regulatory filing stated, Adani Jaipur International Airport Limited, Adani Guwahati International Airport Limited and Adani Thiruvananthapuram International Airport Limited, wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company have signed the Concession Agreement on 19th January 2021 with Airports Authority of India for the Operations, Management and development of Jaipu

3 Adani airports including Mangaluru awarded ACI airport health accreditation for ‘safe travel’ News Network January 18, 2021 Mumbai, Jan 18: Three Adani airports, Ahmedabad, Mangaluru and Lucknow were accredited in the Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Health Accreditation programme. The global recognition demonstrates extraordinary proactive measures put in place by these airports to ensure passenger safety. The evaluation process by ACI under the AHA programme is conducted after reviewing evidences presented based on 118 checks points. The airports have demonstrated a safe travel experience for all travelers which is in line with the recommended health measures established in the ACI Aviation Business Restart and Recovery guidelines and ICAO Council Aviation Recovery Task Force Recommendations, along with industry best practices.

Ghana’s main airport, Kotoka International Airport [Terminal 3] Twenty one (21) airports in Africa have received the prestigious Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Health Accreditation Certificate. This is in recognition of the implementation of the recommended health measures in the ACI Aviation Business Restart and Recovery Guidelines and the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) Council Aviation Recovery Task Force Recommendations, along with industry best practices by the 21 airports. The ACI Airport Health Accreditation programme enables airports to demonstrate to passengers, staff, regulators and governments that they are prioritising health and safety in a measurable, established manner. It also allows airports to validate their own measures throughout their facilities and processes and reassures the travelling public using the airport’s facilities.

During the ceremony held at Velana International Airport (VIA) to welcome the first tourist of 2021 to Maldives, Controller General of Immigration Mohamed Ahmed Hussain gifted him a loyalty card from the bronze tier of the Maldives Border Miles programme. Effective January 1, 2021 onwards, the loyalty programme enables registered visitors to earn points by travelling to Maldives. Points are allocated to tourists under a criteria which includes the duration of their stay, frequency of travel, visits to celebrate special occasions and visits on Maldivian celebrations.
