The Manchester-based investor has let Orient One, a former supermarket in Rawtenstall, to DSC Building and Maintenance, which plans to convert the space into a gym under its Thrive brand.
DSC has signed a 10-year lease on the 20,000 sq ft unit, located on New Hall Hey Road, and will pay around £120,000 in rent annually.
The firm plans to convert the former Kwik Save into its second Thrive gym, featuring a spinning studio and a café, adding to its debut site at Meadow Business Park in Bolton.
Hurstwood Holdings acquired Orient One, which has a 150-space car park attached, in 2006.
