Fans of Neches Brewing Co. can now grab a six-pack to go.
The 4-year-old Port Neches brewery is offering canned beer for the first time. Previously, the only to-go options for customers were sealed growlers or other containers filled on site.
Bars were closed in the summer as part of the coronavirus shutdown. Neches Brewing was able to reopen in the fall, with limited capacity, after partnering with Taco Rey for food service.
In addition to the six-packs, brewers announced two new beers: a Mexican-style called The Ranch Ride In and a SMASH pale ale.
